The room blocks are subject to availability and are first come first served.
Transportation will be provided from the hotels listed below to the ceremony. If you wish to find your own accommodations, we respectfully suggest finding lodging within the Covent Garden area. Guests staying outside of the designated hotels will be responsible for transportation to and from the ceremony and reception.

The Underground (Tube)
Covent Garden is just 40 minutes from Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line.

The Heathrow Express
For those extending their visit to another location in the UK, this fast train goes to/from Heathrow into London every 10 minutes and will get you there in about 15 minutes. The train arrives at Paddington Station; if traveling into central London, you will still have to take the tube or a cab to your next location. This is best used by those taking a train to Ireland or France.
To Ireland:
Take a train from London Paddington to Holyhead. From Holyhead, you can catch a ferry to Dublin, Ireland.
To France:
Take the London Underground or a taxi to London St Pancras International Station. From there, you can catch the Eurostar train to Paris, France.
Please check train and ferry schedules in advance to plan your journey effectively.

London Black Cab (Hackney Carriage)
Black cabs are readily available at Heathrow and can be hailed from the street. This is about a 40-minute ride to Central London.

Bus
The 9, 13, 15, 23, 139 and 153 all stop at Trafalgar Square and Aldwych (both a short walk from the Market Building). The No. 24 stops at Leicester Square; Covent Garden is signposted from there.

Uber
Ubers are a cost effective taxi into Central London from Heathrow. It’s only about 40 minutes into Central London if traffic is moving well, but you must call for a driver once you're outside of arrivals and then wait for 10-15 minutes as they enter the airport and pull up into a parking garage.
Most rides cost around £40+, one way
London Taxi Cab (Minicab)
Minicabs can be a cheaper alternative to Black Cabs. Ask prices beforehand as they are not on a meter. This is about a 40-minute ride to Central London.

Rental Car
If driving, it is essential to remember to pay the Congestion Charge. The charge can be paid online, in selected shops and petrol stations, by post, by SMS from your mobile phone or by phone on +44 (0)20 7649 9122. Two of the largest car park providers in central London are Masterpark and NCP.
The Congestion Charge in London was £15 per day if paid in advance or on the same day, or £17.50 if paid by midnight the following charging day.
On-street parking rates can range from £4 to £7 per hour in the central congestion charging zone during weekdays, with restrictions on maximum stay durations. Some areas may have higher rates, particularly in prime locations.
Parking garages or lots typically charge hourly rates as well, which can range from £5 to £15 or more per hour, depending on the location and facilities offered.

By London Underground
Both Westminster (Exit 6) on the District line, Circle line and Jubilee line, and St James's Park on the District and Circle lines, are approximately 5 minutes walk away. For more information, visit the Transport for London website.
By River
A River Bus Service runs every 20 minutes during peak time from Embankment to Woolwich Arsenal; the nearest pier to us is the London Eye.
Walking Directions from Westminster Underground (Exit 6)
When you arrive at the top of the stairs you will be on Whitehall. Turn around (as if you were to walk back down the stairs), you are now facing Parliament Square. Walk around to the right onto Great George Street until you come to two sets of traffic lights. Cross over both and continue walking straight down Great George Street for about 1 minute. One Great George Street is the last building on the corner of Great George Street and Storey's Gate. The building is also the home of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
By Bus
Numerous bus routes pass within a 1-2 minute walk of One Great George Street. Bus routes stopping near Parliament Square include: 3, 11, 12, 24, 53, 87, 88, 148, 159, 211 and 453. For further information visit the Transport for London website.
By Car
The nearest car parks provided by Q-Park are located in Abingdon Street and on the south side of Trafalgar Square. Limited meter parking is also available in and around adjacent streets.
